For the Cash on Delivery (COD) method, HAVAIANAS VIETNAM or affiliated shipping units may collect money from the buyer on behalf of the seller and transfer it to the seller as agreed between the parties. This collection service is not considered a payment service provided by HAVAIANAS VIETNAM.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of payment information and complying with the conditions of use specified by the involved parties.

A seller is considered in violation when performing one of the following acts (including but not limited to):

Failing to provide or providing insufficient evidence as requested.
Service Quality Violations:

Platform Policy Violations:

The person posting the content is fully responsible before the law and HAVAIANAS VIETNAM for the legality, accuracy, and truthfulness of the provided content, and is obligated to compensate for damages (if any) arising from the violation.

12. Obligations of the Seller and the Customer in Each Transaction
The general obligation of the seller in each transaction is to ensure the provision of complete, accurate, and truthful information about the goods, including product name, characteristics, selling price, warranty policies, and related conditions. The seller is responsible for confirming and processing orders on time, preparing and delivering goods in alignment with published information, and ensuring that goods quality matches descriptions. In the event of complaints, returns, or disputes, the seller is responsible for cooperating with the platform to verify and handle them according to issued regulations, while fully fulfilling financial obligations related to the transaction.
The obligation of the customer in each transaction is to provide complete and accurate information when ordering, including contact information and delivery address. Customers are responsible for fully paying the order value according to the selected method, coordinating to receive the goods on time, and inspecting the goods upon receipt. In the event of a complaint or return request, the customer needs to follow the correct procedure and provide relevant information and evidence to facilitate verification and processing.
13. Disclaimer of Liability
HAVAIANAS VIETNAM is not responsible for:

14. Indemnification / Compensation
The User/Seller agrees to take responsibility and indemnify HAVAIANAS VIETNAM, its affiliates, personnel, and representatives against all damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) in the following cases:
